Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy outlines the cancellation and refund terms for Ekta Koli Jatav Vikas Foundation mobile application membership.
1. Membership Fees

2. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at Support@ektakolijatavvikasfoundation.com
- Upon cancellation, your membership remains active until the current billing period ends
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- You will continue to have access to app features until your membership expiry date
3. Refund Policy
Registration Fee (₹351)
- The one-time registration fee is non-refundable once the account is created
- Exception: If registration fails due to technical issues and account is not created, full refund will be provided within 7 working days
Monthly Membership Fee (₹151)
- If you request cancellation within 24 hours of payment and haven't used premium features, a full refund will be processed
- After 24 hours, the monthly fee is non-refundable for the current period
- No partial refunds for unused days within a billing period
⚠️ Important: Refunds are processed only for genuine cases. Misuse of the refund policy may result in account suspension.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to Support@ektakolijatavvikasfoundation.com
- Include: Your registered mobile number, transaction ID, date of payment, reason for refund
- Our team will review your request within 3-5 working days
- If approved, refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 working days
5. Failed Transactions
- If money was deducted but membership was not activated, contact us immediately
- We will verify with our payment gateway (Razorpay) and process the refund within 5-7 working days
- In most cases, failed transactions are auto-refunded by the bank within 5-7 business days
6. Duplicate Payments
If you were charged twice for the same period, contact us with both transaction IDs. We will refund the duplicate amount within 5-7 working days.
