Delete Your Account
If you wish to delete your Ekta Koli Jatav Vikas Foundation account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.
⚠️ Important — Please Read Before Proceeding
- Account deletion is permanent and irreversible
- All your personal data, membership details, family information, and payment history will be deleted
- Your Digital ID Card will become invalid
- Any remaining subscription time will be forfeited (no refund)
- You will need to register again with a new registration fee if you wish to rejoin
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: Via Email (Recommended)
- Send an email to Support@ektakolijatavvikasfoundation.com
- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include your registered mobile number and Member ID in the email body
- Our team will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 working days
- You will receive a confirmation email once your account is deleted
Option 2: Via App
- Open the app → Go to Settings
- Scroll down → Tap "Contact Us"
- Send a message requesting account deletion with your mobile number
What Data Will Be Deleted
- Your profile information (name, mobile, address, blood group)
- Family member details
- Subscription and payment records
- Digital ID Card data
- Complaints and SOS history
- Education enrollment data
- Profile photos and uploaded media
Data Retention
After account deletion:
- Payment transaction records may be retained for 180 days for legal/financial compliance
- Anonymized analytics data may be retained (cannot be linked back to you)
- All personally identifiable information will be permanently erased within 30 days
